Do I need to book an appointment or can I just show up?

We are by appointment only to allow us to focus on you for the entirety of your appointment.

Do you charge a fee for the appointments?

There is a £20 consultation fee charged at the time of booking. This is redeemable during this appointment. The fee is refundable if the appointment is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice.

How long are your appointments?

Our initial bridal appointments are 2 hours and Second Look, Accessory Styling and Dress Collection appointments are 1 hour.

Question 4

What should I expect at my appointment?

You and your guests will be welcomed into the bridal lounge and offered refreshments on arrival. You will have the chance to browse our collections and try on as many dresses as is necessary to help you get to the decision that is right for you. I will help you with the gowns but giving you the space and privacy you need. When you have tried your initial selection, we will assist you further and revisit the rails if required. Our goal is to help guide you so you can make your ultimate decision with confidence.

If you find your dress at this appointment, we always have time to celebrate and that's a process in itself. But we'll keep that a surprise for you on the day!

Can I style my entire wedding day look at my first appointment?

Of course! When you have stepped into a dress you can't stop looking at and think just might be the one, we will bring out the accessories. You can choose from veils and accessories to complete your look and help cement your decision with confidence.

Question 6

How many people can I bring to my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Our experience has taught us that less is more on this occasion. Too many opinions in the room will always lead to a bride becoming overwhelmed and struggling to focus on their own thoughts. My advice is to keep it limited to people whose opinion really matters to you and who will be there to support what YOU want, even if that differs from what they would choose. You'll want them to see YOUR vision.

Can I wear tan at my appointment?

If you usually do wear tan and plan to on your wedding day, then we would welcome you wearing a tan to your appointment. But it must have been showered AT LEAST TWICE prior to your appointment to avoid transfer onto the dresses. You simply won't feel yourself no matter how stunning the gown is and it can be quite hard for some people to envision so we're happy to allow it. However, if you arrive to your appointment with an instant tan or it looks like it hasn't been showered properly, we will have to refuse any dress try ons and rearrange your appointment for another time.
